She works closely with women navigating PCOS and endometriosis, offering compassionate support and nutrition strategies tailored to their needs. She also guides women through the transitions of preconception, pregnancy, and postpartum with practical, nourishing approaches. In addition, Alana supports active women and female athletes in fueling their bodies for strength, performance, and recovery.
Her work with men focuses on improving hormonal regulation, restoring energy, and supporting metabolism—areas that play a vital role in overall health but are often overlooked.

Mandy has developed specialized knowledge in weight management, including the use of GLP-1 medications such as Wegovy, Mounjaro, semaglutide, and trizepatide. She integrates evidence-based practice strategies to support clients utilizing these medications, helping them optimize their weight loss journey with individualized nutrition plans and lifestyle guidance.
She has a Certificate of Training in Obesity for Pediatrics and Adults and stays current
with the latest advancements in the nutrition field. With a deep understanding of the physical,
emotional, and social complexities surrounding weight management, Mandy believes progress is about
more than just numbers on a scale and fosters a supportive and judgement-free environment
empowering clients to build healthier habits without sacrificing the joy of food.
Based in Oklahoma, Mandy also specializes in providing nutritional counseling to low-income and high-risk prenatal, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, as well as infants and children under the age of five. In addition to her WIC experience, she has extensive knowledge on breastfeeding and serves as a Certified Lactation Specialist.

Specializing in helping athletes improve performance through tailored nutrition and better sleep practices, Chen offers a comprehensive approach to achieving peak athletic performance.
Chen holds a B.S. in Dietetics from Iowa State University, a Master’s in Public Health from Baylor University, and a PhD in Human Nutrition from Michigan State University. She is also a certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) clinician and a CrossFit Level 2 trainer. While residing in the Midwest she earned her Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Human Nutrition and Master’s Degree of Science in Nutrition and Wellness. She now resides in the DFW area with her husband and three kids. Outside of work and taking care of kids, she enjoys decluttering and organizing, working out, cooking and baking delicious food for her family and friends and indulging in her favorite cookie.
